I purchased a Kirkus Review
Attended a Lunch & Learn meeting hosted by the local Downtown Partnership; entitled “Top 5 Things to Know About IP (Intellectual Property)
Submitted essay entitled “New Year’s Black Eye Peas” to Sycamore Review.

Writing Activities
This is how my year has gone so far:
Received a reply from “ThreePenny Review” about my submission “New Year’s Black Eye Peas”. They were not interested in publishing it. I have no idea why not.
Decided that my manuscript for “Eyes Can Talk” is complete.
Computer was down – batteries needed changing. Who knew!!
Sent ebook of “A Birthday Story” to be considered for distribution.
Received thank you note from Downtown Partnership for my work making Des Moines a better place.
